The Mozambican government has banned fishing off the coast of northern Cabo Delgado province after an outbreak of food poisoning.
Traces of pesticide have been discovered in some of the fish caught in the area and the government suspects fishermen may be dumping pesticides into the water to increase their catch.
More than one-hundred people have died of diarrhoea and vomiting in the province since September, although the government says some may have been suffering from cholera.
