Colombia guerrilla attacks

At least fourteen people have been killed in concerted attacks by Colombia's two main guerrilla groups.

The Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia FARC and the National Liberation Army ELN attacked targets in the northern Antioquia department on Monday and Tuesday.

The FARC have threatened to step up their actions unless the government withdraws all the remaining one hundred troops from a region in southern Colombia where talks between the two sides are due to take place.
