Up to 50 people have been involved in a fight in West Bromwich after a smoke grenade was thrown into a pub.
Police were called just before 1900 on Sunday following reports that a pub had been set on fire.
Seven ambulances attended the scene.
The ambulance service says two people were taken to hospital. One was suffering from the effects of breathing in smoke and the other from minor injuries.
The fight followed a local derby football match in which West Bromwich Albion beat Wolverhampton Wanderers 2-0.
It is not known whether fans were involved in the disturbance.
