All over now for Jagger?

The Jaggers' problems are headline news again

Jerry Hall is reportedly consulting lawyers over a divorce with Mick Jagger, after press reports accused him of making a Brazilian model Luciana Giminez Morad pregnant.

The 42-year-old mother-of-four has approached Anthony Julius, the lawyer who handled Diana, Princess of Wales's divorce, for advice, according to several UK newspapers.

Jagger and Hall were supposed to have been having a "making-up" dinner on Thursday night when reports of the latest rift in their marriage reached them.

Hall reportedly called the 55-year-old Rolling Stone a "lying, cheating, no-good, slimeball" and told friends that the pregnancy was the final straw.

Jagger is said to be "inconsolable" at the thought of a permanent split and is said to have has counselled friends for advice.

Their 17-year marriage has been plagued by allegations of womanising by Jagger with several film stars and models.

His alleged "infatuation" with Italian model Carla Bruni, whose apartment he was photographed leaving last week, is said to have put their relationship under particular strain.

Divorce settlement

If a divorce goes through, Hall stands to gain half of Jagger's estimated £140m fortune.
