The Albanian authorities have released the final results of last week's referendum on a new constitution.
It shows that more than ninety percent of those who voted have supported the new draft.

The boycott was led by the former president, Sali Berisha, who said the new constitution undermined Albanian identity.
The changes to the constitution include the separation of the judiciary from executive powers, respect for private ownership and human rights
