Paris stocks open lower on Friday, the market taking a breather after 1.7 pct gain in previous session * CAC-40 down 23.99 points, or 0.61 pct, at 3,891.54 around 0910 GMT * Sentiment more cautious with lack of steer from Wall Street, closed on Thursday for Thanksgiving holiday. But technical operators say market trend remains positive. Du Bouzet sees early support around 3,830, sets target of 3,925; Ferri recommends selling at 3,938, sees support at 3,840 * Oils continue to outperform after Exxon XON.N/Mobil MOB.N merger talk sparks interest in the sector. Total TOTF.PA up one pct, Elf ELFP.PA up 0.27 pct * Usinor USIN.PA falls nearly seven pct after saying Q4 performance will not be in line with target
