The authorities in Cuba have withdrawn from public sale a number of foreign lifestyle magazines which they say are damaging to Cuba's culture and ideology.
The magazines, such as "Hola" and "Cosmopolitan" will still be available for purchase by foreigners at hotels and tourist sites.
Correspondents say the Cuban president, Fidel Castro, recently expressed his dislike for certain foreign publications which he described as pornographic and sensationalist.
