Chilean foreign minister being sent to Britain to appeal Pinochet ruling
The Chilean President, Eduardo Frei, is sending his foreign minster, Jose Miguel Insulza, to London to appeal to the British government over today's decision that the former Chilean president General Augusto Pinochet does not have immunity from prosecution.
