The Iranian news agency IRNA said Manuochehr Amiri, a lorry driver, was handed over to an Iranian Foreign Ministry representative in the western Afghan city of Herat. The Taleban forces arrested several Iranian lorry drivers in Mazar-i-Sharif, after they captured the city in August.
