Wednesday, November 25, 1998 Published at 04:52 GMT UK Two quizzed over body parts killing ![]() Police search woodland for more body parts Two more people are being questioned by detectives probing the murder of a father of six whose leg and body parts were dumped in carrier bags. The leg and intestines of Bradford restaurant owner Nissar Ahmed, 34, were discovered by an off-duty policewoman walking her dog in woodland near Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, on Friday 13 November. More remains were found near Huddersfield, Halifax and Glossop. Zahid Iqbal, 30, of Moorend, Cleckheaton, near Dewsbury, has been charged with Mr Ahmed's murder. He appeared before Dewsbury magistrates on Saturday and was remanded in custody until Friday. On Tuesday night West Yorkshire police said they had arrested two more men in connection with Mr Ahmed's death. A 41-year-old and a 44-year-old, both from the Bradford area, are being interviewed at Dewsbury police station. Mr Ahmed, from the West Bowling area of Bradford, was identified by his family through a distinctive circular scar on the leg. |
