Eight dead in Lebanon gun rampage |
| A man, named as Ahmad Mansour, has been identified as the assailant and arrested. Mr Mansour was an employee of the fund who had not been able to pay back a loan of 18 million Lebanese pounds ($12,000), Education Minister Abdel Rahim Mrad said. Martha Dixon reports.
