Head of Zapatistas in Mexico complains of government military presence
The leader of Mexico's Zapatista rebels, subcommandante Marcos, has said that the number of military personnel in the state of Chiapas is preventing peace talks.
In a letter Marcos called for a meeting set for the end of this week with the government Concord and Pacification Commission COCOPA to be postponed until later this month.
