The headteacher of a Roman Catholic school in Worcestershire has appeared in court charged in connection with the possession of child pornography on a computer.
Donal Thurlow, of St Bede's School in Redditch, faces 15 counts of possessing indecent images of children.
The 49-year-old was conditionally bailed to reappear before Redditch Magistrates on 27 November.
Mr Thurlow, of Webheath, Redditch, was arrested on Wednesday and charged on Thursday.
A spokesman for the Archdiocese of Birmingham Schools Commission said Mr Thurlow had been headteacher at the school for at least 10 years.
