Arafat sees Mubarak
The Palestinian leader, Yasser Arafat has had talks with President Hosni Mubarak of Egyupt at the Red Sea resort of Sharm el-Sheikh.
The Egyptian news agency says that the Palestinian leader briefed Mr Mubarak on the latest developments in the peace process with Israel.
No details were given.
The talks follow a meeting between Mr Mubarak and President al-Assad of Syria earlier this week at the same resort.
