Council charged over 'river walk' deaths |
| Hannah Black and Rochelle Cauvet drowned when they lost their footing as they crossed a fast-flowing river. The Health and Safety Executive said the council failed to ensure that the children were not exposed to danger. The BBC's Catherine Marston reports.
