Are all women just after the money in a relationship? Do they not notice you unless you splash the cash?

Or are men only interested in trophy wives?

Can you buy your way to happiness? And where does romance fit in?

We want to hear your voice, and exactly what you think.

And we'll also hear for the first time from Johnnie and Michele, a couple who are preparing to marry on Friday.

The second half-hour edition of the programme will then be live at 1930GMT, with more of your views - not only on romance, but also on the coolest city in Africa.

Where do you think is the best place on the continent to live?

We'll be hearing from BBC reporters Kwaku Sakyi Addo in Lagos and Joseph Warungu in Kampala.

"We're getting Africans to share ideas, share opinions, share viewpoints, all via the platform of the BBC," said Africa Live! presenter Ben Dotsei Malor.

Malor will take your calls, while co-presenter Jenny Horrocks will bring your e-mails and text messages to the ears of Africa.

"We're hoping to get Africa to know itself better," Horrocks said.

So whatever you've got to say - and however you want to say it - get ready to say it on the BBC.

What do you think?
