Livingstone seeks Labour return
Ken Livingstone
The Mayor of London, Ken Livingstone, has applied to rejoin the Labour party. Mr Livingstone -- who was expelled two years ago -- hopes to be able to stand as the Labour candidate in the next mayoral elections. But as our political correspondent, Shaun Ley reports, he's facing formidable opposition:
