Police chases 'danger to public safety'
Police patrol car
Officers make "inadequate risk assessments" in chases
Deaths and injuries caused by police drivers chasing suspects has increased sharply over the past five years, according to a new report.

The Police Complaints Authority, who conducted the survey, says that the rules need a complete overhaul.

We speak live to the chairman of the PCA, Sir Alastair Graham, and Bill Brereton, the spokesman on police driving for the Association of Chief Police Constables, and the deputy chief constable of North Wales Police.
