President Daniel Arap Moi of Kenya has called for the immediate withdrawal of what he described as uninvited foreign troops from the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Speaking at a ceremony in which he received the credentials of the new Congolese ambassador to Kenya Kiungu wa Kumwanza President Arap Moi said that the problems of Congo could not be solved through killing.
