Railtrack deal unveiled
Railtrack House
Details have been announced of a 500-million pound plan, to replace Railtrack. Shareholders are to be offered compensation, of between 245 and 255 pence per share. The deal will see Railtrack bought out of administration, by a new, not-for-profit company, called NETWORK Rail.
