Bus service between Delhi and Lahore

Officials in India and Pakistan say they are finalising arrangements for starting a bus service between Delhi and Lahore later this month.

The move follows an agreement to launch the service by the prime ministers of both countries when they met in New York last month.

Indian officials say the bus service will run through the Wagha border and passengers will not have to change buses at the border.

The bus service will be in addition to the existing twice-weekly train service.
