Bad start to Windies tour

The captain and vice-captain of the West Indies cricket team are reported to have pulled out of the team's tour of South Africa.

The two, Brian Lara and his deputy, Carl Hooper, are said to have withdrawn at the last moment in a dispute over money.

The rest of the tour party is due to arrive in Johannesburg on Wednesday for the five-match test series.
