The police are investigating the incident
The police are investigating the gun attack
A woman whose home was attacked in County Antrim has said she will be moving out of the house as soon as possible.

Deborah Greig was preparing to take her dog for a walk shortly after midnight when two shots were fired from a shotgun through the front door at Renown Court in Antrim.

Her 14-year-old son, Jonathan, was showered with splinters of wood.

Jonathan and his mother were not hurt in the incident but suffered shock.

Ms Greig said she did not know why they were attacked, but plans to move out as soon as they can be rehoused.

The incident is not believed to be sectarian.

Police are appealing for witnesses.
