Yeltsin to visit India

The Indian authorities say there are plans for the Russian President, Boris Yeltsin, to pay a three-day visit to India starting on December-the-sixth.

Russian officials are now in Delhi preparing for the visit.

A planned visit last January was postponed because President Yeltsin was ill.

There are continuing conerns about his health; a visit to Vienna was cancelled last week on health grounds.
