Spain debates ban on radical parties
ETA was blamed for this bomb in Madrid
The law is expected to be passed, and could make at least one party illegal. Batasuna, which is widely considered to be the political wing of ETA, supports the terrorist organisation's call for Basque independence, if not its violent methods. The BBC's Flora Botsford reports.
