Anger over cut in drink driver's sentence |
| Peter Noble already had three convictions for drink driving when he was sentenced in March last year. He had been on a pub crawl when he hit a car while driving on the wrong side of the road. An appeal court has ruled that his fifteen year sentence was excessive. The BBC's Duncan Kennedy reports. |
