Family and friends gathered at St Martin-in-the-Field church in London to celebrate the life of comedian Spike Milligan.
The Goons star died in February at the age of 83.
Stars enjoyed the weather before the service began
Milligan's devoted wife Shelagh welcomed famous faces to the memorial at St Martin-in-the-Field
Ex-Labour Party leader Michael Foot attended
Joanna Lumley gave a speech during the service, which was also attended by comedian Barry Humphries (r)
Actor Peter O'Toole and Stephen Fry were among those paying tribute to the colourful life of Spike Milligan
Milligan's old army comrades were among the congregation
Denis Norden spoke about Milligan's "authentic genius"
