Fresh hopes for Afghanistan
	The Loya Jirga has raised hopes of a fresh start in Afghanistan. But it will not be easy. Afghanistan will need an enormous amount of help from foreign countries. The BBC's Mike Wooldridge has been gauging the country's progress.
