Argentina extradites Croatian Nazi suspect

The Argentinian authorities say they have sent a woman alleged to be a Nazi war criminal back to Croatia to stand trial.

Police in Buenos Aires say the woman,Nada Sakic, was flying via Frankfurt and was due in the Croatian capital, Zagreb, on Monday.

Nada Sakic, who's seventy-six, is alleged to have run the women's section of a concentration camp commanded by her husband, Dinko Sakic, between 1942 and 1945, when Croatia was controlled by the Nazi-puppet Ustashe regime.

Dinko Sakic was extradited from Argentina to Croatia in June and is awaiting trial on war crimes charges in Zagreb.
