The Senegalese authorities have allowed a fishing boat carrying about one hundred refugees fleeing the fighting in Guinea-Bissau to dock in the port of Dakar.

They'd earlier been reported to have refused it permission to put into harbour, although several seriously-ill people were taken off for hospital treatment.

The boat has made several previous voyages carrying refugees.
