Press reports from Uganda say President Museveni has issued a tough warning against corrupt officials in the judiciary and police.

The President was quoted as saying he would use his powers to sack any corrupt lawyers or policemen or get them arrested.

Mr Museveni was also reported to have called on the public to come forward with any evidence that would help the government crack down on graft.
