Lawyers for Raul Salinas, the brother of Mexico's former president, Carlos Salinas de Gortari, have appealed against a Swiss decision to seize more than one-hundred million dollars in his bank accounts there.
Earlier this month Switzerland's federal prosecutor ordered the confiscation of the money, saying it had been paid to Mr Salinas by drug gangs.
Raul Salinas, who's been in a Mexican jail since 1995 facing murder and corruption charges, has said the money formed part of a legal investment fund.
