Fourteen die in South Korea fire

At least fourteen people are reported to have died in a fire in a cold storage facility which was under construction in the South Korean port of Pusan.

Four other people are reported to be missing, and about fifteen were seriously injured.

Witnesses said that flames erupted after an explosion in the upper part of the eight storey building.

Several of the dead are reported to have been suffocated by toxic gas.

Some reports say the fire may have been set off by a spark from a welding torch.
