The Muslim girl who had her title of Miss Croatia taken away five days after winning it is after all to represent her country at the Miss World beauty pageant.
There were widespread allegations of vote-rigging when the Muslim girl, Lejla Sehovic, had her title removed and given to a member of the majority Roman Catholic community, Ivana Petkovic.
Now it's been agreed that Miss Sehovic will represent Croatia at this year's Miss World contest, and Miss Petkovic will go there next year.
Croatia's foreign minister, Mate Granic, acknowledged that the affair had done serious political damage.
