A former Bosnian Serb police chief, Stevan Todorovic, has pleaded not guilty to fifteen charges brought against him at the International War Crimes Tribunal in the Hague.
Mr Todorovic refused to enter a plea when he appeared in court last month, saying he was too ill after allegedly being beaten during his arrest.
He was police chief in the northern town of Bosanski Samac in 1992 and faces charges of murder, rape and torture against Bosnian Croats and Muslims.
