Patten returns to Hong Kong

The last British Governor of Hong Kong, Chris Patten, has returned to the territory for the first time since Britain handed it back to China last year.

Mr Patten is on a private visit to promote his new book, EAST AND WEST, which is critical of the Chinese leadership.

He is due to meet Hong Kong's Chief Executive, Tung Chee-hwa, as well as local businessmen and pro-democracy campaigners.
