An orthodox Jewish rabbi in London, who was forced to resign from his synagogue after he published a sex manual, has stirred renewed controversy by signing a deal with Playboy magazine.
Rabbi Shmuel Boteach, who favours sexual experimentation within marriage but says pornography is harmful, is having extracts from his book, Kosher Sex, published in Playboy in January.
He said it was a chance to get a serious message to the right audience.
But he recognised it would again upset many orthodox Jews.
