Rebels in the Democratic Republic of Congo say they're poised to take the city of Mbuji-Mayi in the southern diamond region.
The rebel-controlled radio station, Radio Goma, said the city could fall at any time.
There's been no reaction to the claim from the Congolese government, but Congolese state radio said on Friday that government forces were firmly in control of Mbuji-Mayi.
