They agreed to abide by a settlement proposed by the four countries brought in to resolve the issue -- Chile, Argentina, Brazil and the United States. It establishes the frontier between Ecuador and Peru along the summit of the Condor mountains, where the two countries fought a brief war three years ago; The agreement is to be signed on Monday in the Brazilian capital Brasilia.
