Video EU signals action on illegal immigration
Speaking after a meeting with Tony Blair in London the Spanish Prime Minister Jose Maria Aznar, whose government holds the EU presidency, proposed action against people traffickers and sanctions against non-EU countries that refuse to co-operate. The BBC's James Robbins reports.
