Italian Mafia gang arrested
Italian police say they have arrested 67 members of a Mafia gang operating in the south-eastern region of Puglia.

They say the men were part of a larger group called the Foggia Society and were allegedly involved in drug trafficking, robberies, arson attacks and money laundering.

The arrests came after police intercepted a series of telephone conversations.

Reports say one of the men is a prominent businessman who is alleged to have financed criminal operations and then laundered the proceeds.
