Opposition 'claims' Tehran blast
There has been an explosion outside a military building in the Iranian capital, Tehran. Two people were injured in the blast, which also caused some material damage. It is not known what caused the explosion, but an armed opposition group, the People's Mujahedeen, says it was an attack carried out in response to what it called a wave of executions and arrests by the Iranian authorities.
