Bush responds on terror warnings
Challenging questions about September 11 are unwelcome
President Bush has rejected claims that he didn't do enough to protect America from the terrorist attacks of September 11th.

It's emerged that the White House had been made aware of a possible plot by Osama bin Laden to hijack American aircraft before the strikes took place.

Speaking this afternoon, the president said no-one could have forseen the scale of what happened.
