Arrests over Karachi bomb attack
	The French Prime Minister has linked the bombing to his country's role in the US-led fight against terror. Jean-Pierre Raffarin said the attack specifically "targeted nations engaged in the fight against terrorism in Afghanistan." The BBC's Nicola Pugh reports.
