Queen to visit East End
	Accompanied by the Duke of Edinburgh, she will start the day in Walthamstow where she will watch a fashion show. The Royal party then moves on to Wanstead, where they will visit allotments specially adapted for disabled gardeners. The BBC's Nick Higham reports
