Video of missing woman released
Police have released new video images of the lost lecturer
The video featuring Linda Razzell dates back to 1998
Detectives who fear missing woman Linda Razzell was abducted have released new pictures of her.

The footage of the 42-year-old mother of four was released on Tuesday, nearly two months after she went missing.

Ms Razzell, a lecturer, was last seen at her home in Swindon, Wiltshire, on 19 March when she left for work at the town's college.

Detectives hope the family video, shot four years ago, may jog someone's memory.

Taxi journey

They also say they are following a new lead and are keen to speak to a man who may have seen Ms Razzell.

Her children, Catherine, 14, Matthew, 12, Emma, who is nine, and Robin, five, are being cared for by a cousin at their home in Highworth, Wiltshire.

Detective Inspector Paul Jennings, of Wiltshire Police, said:" We are particularly keen to talk to a man who caught a taxi on Good Friday afternoon from Swindon railway station to the Abbey Meads public house.

CCTV images

"During that time he had a conversation with the driver to the extent that a friend of his had seen Linda Razzell near one of the entrances to Queen's Park."

Police, who have already staged a reconstruction of Ms Razzell's last known movements, have also released CCTV images of her at the HSBC bank in Swindon.

At the time she was wearing a grey trouser suit, black three-quarter-length coat, brown ankle boots and was carrying a small black canvas briefcase.
