A 37-year-old teacher died in the crash
A 15-year-old boy has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving in Wales.

A 37-year-old female teacher died and two others were injured in a car crash in the early hours of Friday morning in Cardiff.

Two 16-year-old youths arrested in connection with the accident were released on police bail pending further inquiries, a South Wales Police spokesman said.

Helen Gilder, a teacher from Penygraig, Rhondda, south Wales, died following the collision between a Ford Fiesta and a BMW, which occurred at 0030 BST on the junction of Manor Way and Birchgrove Road.

The 15-year-old boy appeared before Cardiff youth court on Saturday.
