Congress hears damning IRA report
	The committee chairman says the facts surrounding the arrest of the three Irishmen in Colombia last August points towards their involvement with the IRA and training FARC terrorists. However, serious doubts have been raised about its conclusions. The BBC's Fergal Keane reports.
