EU steps up Mid-East peace drive
	The talks, led by EU foreign policy chief Javier Solana, come as the UN considers appointing new members to an inquiry investigating an Israeli army attack in Jenin, after Israel threatened to suspend co-operation. The BBC's Jonny Dymond reports.
