Contaminated blood
	Lord Owen, who as David Owen was a Labour health minister in the 1970s, is calling for a parliamentary inquiry into why 6000 British haemophiliacs were exposed to life-threatening viruses from contaminated NHS blood products. The BBC's Zeinab Badawi reports.
